On Friday 28 September, the Enniskerry First Responders spoke to the children in 5th and 6th Class about what to do if they came across someone choking, unconscious or in cardiac arrest. The children learned how to put someone into the recovery position, how a defibrillator works and how to do CPR. Parents are urged to teach children their Eircodes so as to assist emergency services in responding to 999 calls.
