Well done to the children in Third Class who win the Golden Boot this term. 85% of these children participated in our Walk on Wednesday programme from September to Halloween. In second place was 1st Class where 84% of children took part and in third place was 4th Class where 81% of children participated.
The overall participation rate for the school this term is 68% – 5% of children in the whole school walked to school; 51% parked and strode; 11% carpooled; and less than 1% of children cycled to school. Do continue to choose “green” modes of travel whenever possible.
