The children in 5th Class have enjoyed spending the money they earned through their JEP project. They paid for their school tour to Aquazone and Marlay Park Playground; funded bus hire to the JEP National Showcase Day in the RDS; purchased icecreams and treats for themselves; and bought pizza for themselves and their friends in 6th Class to eat in the woods. Today, they made a donation to Aoibheann’s Pink Tie, a national children’s cancer charity that provides support to children and their families battling cancer in Ireland.
